Location-Based Interactions: Spiral allows users to connect and discover each other based on their geographic proximity. Users can find others within a specific, variable range of distance and engage with a local feed where they can post images or text visible for 24 hours.
Personalized Content: We use information about your location, connections, and activity on Spiral to provide personalized experiences, such as recommending local users, events, or businesses that may interest you.
Business Accounts and Advertising: Businesses can create accounts to promote their shops, services, and products to local users. Posts can be associated with specific locations on the Spiral map, and in the future, businesses and users will have the option to boost their posts for extended visibility or highlight their locations with pins.
Map Integration: Spiral features a built-in map that allows users to tag locations, share posts associated with specific places, and discover local content based on geographic context.

6. User Content and Conduct

Content Ownership: You retain ownership of any content (photos, videos, text, etc.) you post on Spiral ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Spiral a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Services, including for promotional purposes.
Prohibited Content: You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable. This includes, but is not limited to, content that promotes violence, discrimination, self-harm, or harassment. Spiral reserves the right to remove or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms or applicable law and to take appropriate action, including reporting to law enforcement authorities.
